Mike Bobbitt isn't kidding around! Well, actually, yes, he is! With the charm and candor of a punk kid who’s ‘just too smart for his own good’, Mike’s been making audiences laugh since the beginning of 2003. He draws from his experiences as a former broadcaster, a self-professed Star Wars geek and as one half of an inter-racial marriage, bringing the audience on a humorous journey through the fumbles and foibles of everyday life.

Mike Bobbitt got his start in entertainment in the early 90’s working in both radio and television. He was a hit at the former 106.1 the Zephyr in New Orleans, Louisiana. When the Zephyr folded, Mike returned to Detroit, left his audience of thousands and directed his efforts to comedy and audiences of dozens!

Mike began his comedy conquests in February of 2003. In just under two years, he’s built an impressive resume. Mike was a finalist in the feature act/headliner tier of the first annual Michigan Comedy Survivor Contest. He was also the winner of the Joey’s Comedy Competition. Mike has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with some of the best headliners in the Midwest like: Rob Little, Chrissy Burns, J. Chris Newberg, Bill Bushart, Steve Brewer, Basile, Tim Cavanaugh and Allyn Ball.
